Is it just me or is health insurance insanely expensive?

So this is the first year in buying insurance for myself. I am 25. I haven’t seen a doctor since I was 22 because honestly haven’t needed to. I am in peak health/ gym/ eat keto healthier than I have ever been. I make 27k a year, single unmarried no kids but through healthcare.gov marketplace my premiums are coming to 280$ a month for lowest cost plan. This seems kinda outrageous. Did I do something wrong on my application? Or is pricing really this far gone from reality? I just can’t believe health insurance for someone in my age group would come out to nearly 3k + a year on a 27k income. My first year buying health insurance as I have been under my dad’s plan up until now. Help please?
