I had to cancel my health insurance for the month due to financial constraints and my Mom just found out and is panicking. My health insurance starts up again January 1st but in the meantime is there anything I can get right now to ease her mind? Is there a baseline insurance that covers freak accidents or injuries? Please keep in mind that I am basically a beginner when it comes to health insurance and I don’t know what a lot of it means.
