I just read a notice from Healthpartners that they declined to reimburse me cost for eye glasses purchased at Pearle Vision through my pretax flexible spending account.. And I now owe them $716.00. Their customer service line is closed right now so I can’t find out why tonight. However, my employer recently switched to them for managing our pretax plan and I never had any problems getting reimbursed for eye glasses by former companies. Anyone had this happen to them?
