I just had to laugh out loud at the absurdity of this word for word useless reply below, full of WAY TOO MANY empty platitude sentences, but devoid of any meaningful info about the actual issue I sent in. Yikes! It came from United HealthCare when I messaged them about a recent possible duplicate claim from a Covid testing medical center. They even ask for a rating of how well they have done when so far, they did nothing at all! They should send the survey request only when they feel the communication is OVER, not when it is starting. Right? Why can’t they just say “thanks for your message. We will investigate and get back to you within X days.”?
One wonders why premiums go up and up? Now you know.
I’m sorry. I’m for a government health insurance option when i see stuff like this. Perhaps they would not piss away resources so uselessly. (Or maybe they would too).
