I updated my income on 12/15 due to income changing on Mass Health Connector website. The website confirmed the plan selected for my husband and I is BMC Connector Care 3 and I already paid the first monthly premium.
When I check the website today, it shows the coverage period is from Jan 1,2022 to Dec 31 2021 which doesnt make any sense and ask me to buy a seperate plan which is way more expensive. What should I do? Can someone give me an advice? Thank you
