So Blue Shield’s insurance coverage would start 01/01/2022 if you applied by 12/31.
I am freaking out because I started my application on 12/31 and while I was doing the app, a notif came up that told me my coverage dates had changed and it wouldn’t start until 02/01.
Even though it’s urgent, of course there was no one I could call yesterday, and offices are closed today so I can’t get in contact with anyone to fix this but I’m really nervous because the more days that go by the less likely they would be able to fix it so I can start my coverage immediately. Does anyone know if it could still be possible for them to change it still? I’ll have to wait until Monday unfortunately.
I’ve just returned to the US (it was last minute & out of my control) and I absolutely need coverage this month.
