I currently have HMSA Blue Cross/Blue Shield under my parents, I am now located in MA and need to find a doctor that accepts “PPO” insurance so that I can get a referral/prescription to a Physical Therapist for a hip issue.
What would be the best plan of action? I feel very lost since i’m navigating through a new state’s health system. Thank you.
