I want to remove myself from my parent’s insurance. I have my own coverage and I do not want them to have access to any of my medical information. We do not currently have a relationship and I am not able to ask my parent to remove me from their insurance. Can I call the insurance company (BCBS) and request that I be removed? I am 25.
