I’m considering a job offer that is fully remote. This would be my first time in a fully remote company. Their website says they provide “Full Health Coverage.”
My current employer (education) offers health coverage through a specific company.
Now that I’m considering remote work, any idea how this might work? Will the remote company ask me to choose a specific company? Will I choose my own and be reimbursed? Will there be a limit to what I can choose?
For context, I am near Minneapolis, MN and the company HQ is in San Francisco, CA.
