What plan will save me more money? BCBS HMO vs. BCBS PPO w/HSA

After some months of unemployment, I finally started a new job and am unsure of which health insurance plan to sign up for through my company. Some background about me: I’m a 27-year-old female who’s relatively healthy (knock on wood!). I take Spironolactone and Levothyroxine daily, and occasionally take a Vyvanse when the need arises (about once every few weeks). Because of my recent unemployment, I’m behind on some checkups from the dermatologist, rheumatologist, and possibly another specialist. Besides these checkups, I’m not planning on seeing them regularly this year, though some may require some tests/Xrays/etc. Additionally, I’d like to talk to my therapist once a month and see a chiropractor a few times for neck issues. With these facts in mind, I’d really appreciate any insight on what plan would be the most cost-efficient. Thank you!
