so, DeFi might be a promising way to improve health insurance systems. but does anyone have any idea how hard it actually is to start a health insurance organization? i would imagine building a normal one requires a LOT of capital, connections, credentials, and a high tolerance for bureaucracy. a decentralized organization then has the added complexity of human coordination, but without all the bloat and bullsh*t might drive costs down significantly. ideally it would incentivize legitimate payouts somehow.
im interested if any medical professionals/people in health insurance companies have input.
