My wife enrolled on healthcare.gov and chose Friday Health Plans. Ever since she signed up, there’s no way she can do to contact the company. Their website doesn’t work, the app doesn’t work, the web chat doesn’t work, even their phone doesn’t work neither. We tried to call multiple times and every time the phone hangs up on their side. We tried emailing and using their contact form but they never get back to us. Now I’m scared when it’s time to actually use their benefits. Does anyone have experience with this company? Apparently the options for Texas on healthcare.gov this year sucks. I’m thinking of enrolling my wife in one of the private health insurance but we don’t have experience with private insurance. Could any explain to me what’s the difference between private health insurance and the plans on healthcare.gov?
