Keep private insurance or switch to new employment insurance?

So I have private insurance that I’ve needed for the past year and a half and I’m paying $180 a month for $4500 out of pocket maximum and $2500 deductible. I have the option to switch to ~$50 a month with a deductible of $3100. However, I am leaving the country in about 6 months and I have to have some medical work done to get approved for a visa. The private insurance has a $30 copay for general visits or $60 copay for specialists and most things are included in that copay except some larger scans like MRI, etc. I don’t know if I should just keep my private insurance as I am past the waiting period anyway or should I switch to the lower premium employer one? I am worried if I get medical care done on the low premium it’ll just go against my premium of $3100 which I’ll never meet in 6 months or should I just stay on my private one and hope they cover everything with the “copay” system for lack of a better word. This is probably confusing as I am confused!
