Over the last year I have had so many stressful times talking with brokers and the like about specified plans and their subsequent health exclusions. They always try to give me just the Summary of Benefits and Coverage, which is just a summary, of course. The SBC also stipulates that your must inquire about each specific plan to know what exclusions exist, but it hardly easy to ever get this info. I know insurance companies are notorious for their opaqueness, but this is just ridiculous. Any advice or thoughts?
