I currently work for a company that includes insurance in my employment, the catch is, I have to pay $500 a check for my son and wife to be fully covered. This has had me looking for other jobs but it seems common for employers only offer the same thing. I have interviewed with companies that outright don’t even offer family insurance or if they do it’s $500-700 a check.
How am I supposed to insure my family if they’re taking half my pay check?
Edit: mobile and subject lines just don’t get a long I guess. Sorry for the gibberish.
