A friend of mine has been prescribed surgery by the doctor in their network. They recently switched to a PPO and they are thinking about getting 2nd opinions. Is it okay to get 2nd opinions from 2 specialists?
Also, do they need to let know the first specialist that they are seeking 2nd opinion from another doctor?
