My daughter was auto-assigned to medi-cal my husband and I are on covered CA plan. Is there ANY way to get her out of medi-cal? We had a horrible experience last year and I really just don’t understand how it works. The doctor she was assigned was not kind to us and they said I could change, but there is no pediatrician available on our plan? There’s also no urgent cares that will see her because she’s under 5, so we were at CHLA ER for a simple ear infection. I would love to not have to go through this all of 2022. (Also, I know it’s already possibly too late, but we got Covid and do my December-beginning of January was totally shot:( )
