If I lose my job and apply for Obamacare, what do I put as “expected household income”?

I’m the sole earner for a household of 2 adults and 2 kids. I’m, quite frankly, completely burnt out at my current job (through which we currently get health insurance). I won’t be surprised if I lose my job fairly soon.

If that happens, and I lose my job and apply for Obamacare, what do I put as “expected household income for 2022”? If, for the sake of argument, I don’t expect to get another job until 2023, do I put expected income as zero (or whatever I’ve been paid so far in 2022 before losing my job)? Or do I have to base it on my 2021 tax return?

Thanks!
