I’m a 53 year old trying to apply for financial aid at a hospital and am currently out of work (my job is seasonal, no insurance) and my wife works at a McDonalds and was offered an insurance, but she didn’t take it. Basically the hospital wants a copy of the insurance plan they offered her in order to see if I’m eligible, but my wife doesn’t have the copy of what the insurance she was offered encompassed and McDonalds says they don’t have access to it. What should I do?
