Retiring at 60

My wife and I are considering retiring at 60. We’re the same age and we’re currently insured through her company. Her company only pays for her insurance and we pay for mine, but without this I don’t think I could get health insurance. I have issues with cholesterol, triglycerides, ulcers and intestinal cramping. I’m on medication for all these issues and the private healthcare covers more than half the expense. If we retire in 5 years at 60 will both of us be able to get health insurance? We’d be too young for Medicare and wouldn’t qualify for Medicaid. We don’t want to work to 65 just for health insurance for me. Any ideas would be appreciated.
