Help. My wife has congenital abnormalities (amelogensis imperfecta) and needs to find a med insurance that will cover congenital abnormalities related to teeth or supporting structure. She is a DHS fed employee. Does anyone know which plan does not list congenital abnormalities as an exclusion?

We are in Virginia, USA. This would be on the medical health insurance not on the dental insurance because it is a medical condition.
