Hi! I live in Minnesota and had been signed up with Ucare through Mnsure (our state exchange). I goofed and forgot to pay in December, and didn’t pay until this month. My insurer has now dropped me. I called and they’re looking to reactivate my account, but it’s so darn expensive I want to look at other options. However, seems you can only get health insurance in the state during the special enrollment period with the providers I’ve looked at, which has now passed. What are my options here? Seems crazy I can’t find another plan to sign up with? Thanks!!
