Does anyone with Medi-Cal LA CARE have any tips for getting through a long wait in a phone queue? I’m in desperate need of my antidepressants and there’s something wrong with my insurance. I called today at noon and they put me in a call back queue with an ETA of 2 hrs to return my call. It’s now been almost 8 hrs 🥲 and I decided to call again and have been on hold for over a 1.5 hrs with an estimated wait time of “less than 6 hrs and 8 mins” 🤡
I’m sure with COVID, they’re super short staffed but I’m trying to figure out what to do. They claim their hours are 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. 😠I called last night at 11pm and was on hold for 54 mins before I was hung up. Just taking L’s all around this week.
