Orthopedic knee brace charge

I had to see an orthopedic surgeon for a partial LCL tear. He gave me a Reddie Brace knee brace to wear and I was told it would be billed through my insurance. I got the claim today and saw the provider charged $205 for this Durable Medical Equipment charge. My liability though CareFirst is only $23, but even considering a likely upcharge getting the brace directly from my doctor, $205 seems pretty excessive for what would cost me less than $50 on Amazon. Is this just typical health insurance bs practices or should I flag this to BCBS?
