Quick question: did I enroll too late?

On the initial email I received for a health insurance quote, it said I had until January 15th to enroll. For some reason, I only remembered what the next several emails wrote, which was that if my full initial payment isn’t received by the 10th day of the coverage period, then they will cancel my application. I took those emails to mean that I had until Feb 10th to pay the first month’s premium. Tonight, I paid the initial premium and the amount due reads $0, but after paying, I was returned to the home screen that says open enrollment is closed and only special enrollment is open. Under special enrollment, exhausted COBRA benefits is an option and tomorrow my benefits would end if I don’t make that payment.

However, since today is the last day of my COBRA grace period (30 days from the 1st) and I’m unsure what the above means, I frantically put in my bank account information for that payment, so I hopefully can still keep some form of insurance. Any suggestions?
