I got a new prescription filled recently and Cigna told CVS the charge was 0. Turns out my HRA was charged $150 and nobody told me the actual cost – had I known I would have called my Dr and gotten something else. Cigna says its CVS’s fault, CVS says it’s Cignas fault. Who is responsible for telling the consumer the actual cost of the drug????
