Last month my bill has about $140 dollars more than usual. I could not figure out why so I paid the normal amount and called them. The lady I spoke with told me it was likely a mistake but that it was (off hours) and to call back during business hours. Fast forward to yesterday, I log in to pay my bill and the website did not have the option to pay. Wording on the site said my coverage had been cancelled and directed me to call. Calling them resulted in a disconnect, they hung up on me without an explanation. I called back, navigated an extremely irritating phone menu robot thing. Finally got a person on the phone and this guy, with a strong foreign accent was very hard to understand but he said that would activate something on the web site that would allow me to pay but never explained why my bill had increased by about $140 and then, this guy hung up on my too. The Cigna website still doesn’t have the option for me to pay. Cigna dropped my coverage, wont tell me why and wont let me pay the extra $140 dollars and didn’t give me any notice at all. Does anyone know why they do things like this?
