My mom had insurance through Healthcare.gov last year, but she said that she didn’t have a dependent when filling the application. I was 22 at the time and turned 23 on February 2021. I was working full time but on January 2021 switched to part time because I came back to college full-time. I had my own insurance through my job until September 2021 when I quit. We didn’t know she could claim me as a dependent on her taxes this year at that time and then we forgot to update her application on Healthcare.gov Will there be any problem if she claims me as a dependent for this tax season?
