So I recently started a new job in which benefits don’t start for 30 days after start date. My prior job dropped me from insurance my last day of employment so now I am without insurance for 2 more weeks and I have had Covid and now having arm and chest pain. Im scared and really just want to go to the doctor but I can’t afford a crazy health bill. I’m praying that it is nothing serious but I need some advice. If I go to the ER is there a way I can get this covered since it’s just a lapse due to a job change or am I really just out of luck?
