Im in california and on the state “Medi•Cal” insurance.
I have been using “Health Plan Of San Joaquin” for all my needs until i guess California decided to change the way pharamcies work.
Problem is i cant get my presciptions now, the pharamcy says there is an insurance issue. They cant take my “HPSJ” card anymore due to the new roll out. When i give them my “Medi•Cal” card they ask for a primary.
I cant get on the phone with anyone. Ive called multiple times and have been on hold for hours (ive been trying to call for about a week now). I have sent a message through their portal and im even currently waiting in a live chat that nobody is answering…
Im out of my meds. I have some learning disabilities and can be a bit slow sometimes. I just need some guidance can someone point me in the right direction?
