This insurance I qualify for on the marketplace, $0 premium, $0 deductible and $900 OOP…. am I missing something? seems too good to be true [Alabama]

I filled out an application on the marketplace and 6 BCBS of Alabama options come up. The cheapest one is $0 premium, $0 deductible and a $900 OOP maximum. Then the most expensive one on the list is $7000 deductible with $85 monthly premium. I’m trying to read the brochure PDF to understand. because that’s a huge difference in prices… can someone help? why are they vastly different

I’m on disability if that matters (don’t qualify for medicare or medicaid in Alabama)
