So, I’m on Medicare.
I have 2 9 year old kids, zip 30340.
I want to see what the cost would be for Marketplace insurance for them but not me.
Assume no subsidy.
Assume the cheapest possible premium.
I already tried this with “oscar” health insurance.
If I say just me, premium is $800
If I add 2 kids, premium is now $1200.
Is there a way to just have them covered, and not me, for about $400?
The “oscar” guy had no idea what i was talking about.
Current rates are fine, 2022.
