like others my plan is also complete garbage
insurance company never updates their site with docs that are covered site has tons of outdated docs and contacts that go to random places or non-existing docs site is slow and awful number doesn’t get you to a person, takes you to random places service is horrid, reps has an insane lack of knowledge and conflicting info they hire ppl in other countries that don’t know any basic things about how many plans the insurance has or anything else insurance company has so much money but doesn’t spend any money to update their garbage site or make anything better doesn’t even have a list of docs updated on their site when the insurance companies already know which docs aren’t cover since the insurance companies has all of the contracts with the docs and knows which contracts are expired and which are not – but they don’t hire anyone to fix any of this and they don’t update anything they likely all medical data or have data stolen (which we all see all over the media) since they’re so dysfunctional just like the doctor offices
ideas? move countries? which ones?
do you have or know of an insurances or plan (anywhere, any plans) that is good and doesn’t have these problems anyone here know of sites that shows which plans has good service? and has updated info of all docs/specialties that are covered on their site? are there any good sites that checks on whats actually the good plans?
