Insurance Company is Paying 100% Incorrectly

So, throwaway for obvious reasons.

I’m in Oregon if that makes a difference.

I have health insurance through my company PPO plan. I have a co-pay and deductible, before the insurance kicks in at a percentage, and then when I hit an out of pocket maximum, the insurance pays 100%.

I had minor surgery in January, which was not preventative, (in fact the online estimator for my surgery said I would need to pay the deductible + $80) along with a couple of other medical things. Paid my co-pays for those appointments and that was it.

It seems like my insurance company has a bug in their system that is paying 100% before I’ve even met my deductible.

Here’s my question, after they have paid everyone and sent me an explanation of benefits, if they discover this issue, can they charge me for the amount they covered incorrectly? (Either directly or indirectly through my doctor’s office.)
