Husband and I living in two states…how might this affect our coverage?

Hoping I can get some advice here before calling the insurance company! My husband is retired, and we pay for our United Healthcare insurance through his former employer. For 30ish years we lived in CT and that has been our primary residence, but we’ve gradually been making the move to MA. As of Jan 1 ’22 MA is my primary residence (car registered, driver’s license), while my husband is still a CT resident. We both would like to keep our primary doctors in CT, as where we are in MA is very rural and providers are hard to come by.

I imagine that I need to let UHC know my new primary residence address, and am wondering if that will put my/our coverage at any risk? Would it help if my husband also made MA his primary residence? What else should we know? Also, my husband is 2.5 years away from medicare. Thanks for your assistance.
