First time posting here so unsure if this is correct space but here goes,
I have a captivate project that I have stored onto a USB (cptx file) and then loaded to another PC (with same version of Captivate). Issue is that I get this message, anybody have idea what I could try to overcome this?
I have tried storing this on multiple USB’s to test that the USB isnt the issue. I can load the file from the USB back to the original PC (to test the file isnt damaged).
The version of Captivate Im using is 2019 (latest update).
