Hi, I am looking through a directory of therapists that take my health insurance in L.A. county (I have Medi-Cal). It feels a little overwhelming and I am trying to find a way to narrow down the search.
Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to check which therapists are well-recommended and have a good rating?
