Should I be expecting a bill?

So I live and work in OH. I have insurance as an employee of a large hospital system in the area. Anyways I needed to go to an urgent care back in November. I paid my $40 co-pay and was seen by a mid level. He did a fine job ordered the appropriate tests and sent me on my way. A few weeks later I received a bill from lab corp asking for ~$70. I went ahead and paid it nbd since insurance covered 85% of the cost. Anyways I was on my health insurance website today checking something else on my account when I noticed there is an additional claim from my visit from the mid level provider himself for like ~$200. My insurance company flat rejected the claim stating he was an out of network guy or something. The latest date on that statement is 1/31. Honestly I have no problem just paying $200 but I was never sent a bill. My question is: 1) Will the urgent care send me a bill or are they just fighting with my insurance to see what they can get? 2) Will this adversely affect anything in my life: credit report, etc?
