Is there a reason why Healthcare.gov keeps cutting us off when we call every 15 to 30 minutes? Are calls timed? When I asked if there is a way for them to call me back when the phone goes dead they said there is no way to do this and no way for me to ask for a person or continue a call once it’s cut off. So there is no way to call them and no way for them to call me back.
