I live in Massachusetts and was on OPT (student visa). My school health insurance was expired and I didn’t know how to get coverage.
In March 2021, I appplied and got insurance from April to September as green card applicant.
Then after I got my greencard, I reenrolled for health insurance and got coverage for November and December.
Basically, I didn’t have insurance from Jan – March and October. Do I have to pay a penalty for this? Any advice? Thank you so much for your inputs
