Cigna Case managers

We had our son last October and he had some pretty significant medical bills from delivery and a NICU stay. He had a condition that will require multiple surgeries and hospital stays over the next year. We maxed out out of pocket last year and already for this year. I have been receiving calls from a Cigna case manager after each stay verifying information and they have encouraged trying to find supplemental insurance. I don’t know if that’s really on our best interest since they should be covering 100% now. Should I keep taking these calls from Cigna case managers? I have been vague in my responses asking them to refer to hospital records. Not sure if they can offer us any more support and it feels like they are just fishing for information to deny claims.
