Newbie here… family member was referred to a specialist and even though we gave them our insurance information, she was scheduled with a provider who is out of network. Unfortunately (fortunately?) we REALLY like this doctor. I’ve read and reread the plan information and reached out to HR and am still confused. I have Anthem if that matters. Can someone explain it to me like I’m 5?
