So I started a new job and my health coverage ( Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Premier Balance PPO $0 Platinum A) should have started early Feb. but I haven’t received a card yet or even an email. I’ve tried calling and registering online but no luck. All I have is it listed in my benefits on ADP. I want to go to the emergency now, but I’m not sure if I’m covered given they can’t find me with my SSN online. Any advice?
