How will a Flex Spending Account affect my exchange insurance?

I can’t find a solid answer online so hopefully someone knows….I recently got a part time job that offers as FSA. I currently have insurance through the exchange. The new job is very part time (like 17 hours a week) and doesn’t pay much. As such my overall income will not change drastically. Can I opt out of the FSA and just keep my exchange insurance? Or have both? I can’t find any info about this and don’t want to end up uninsured or paying back all the premium tax credits at the end of the year.
