My current (smaller) employer offers an HDHP + HSA option however is still making me pay a monthly premium in addition to contributing to my HSA separately. Is this normal? I used to work for a much larger corporation and my HDHP was “free” and my HSA contributions were taken out of my check directly (as if I was paying a monthly premium) was I just super lucky at the larger employer? I have a feeling my current employer just has a smaller tier insurance plan, but idk
