I’m currently in the final process of getting Bariatric Surgery with my next appointment on March 11th, 2022. I called to ensure my appointment and they run my medical coverage and it shows Kaiser instead of Contra Costa Health through Medi-cal.
My job enrolled me in their health insurance but they claimed I did but I know I didn’t because I’m in the middle of getting a surgery very soon by April 1 would be my surgery date.
I called medi-cal to tell them what happen and they did a submission to deleted it off and I called HR and they said they will review it but I told them it needs to be cancel because I didn’t select Kaiser.
What will happen because I can’t have afford not to have this surgery?
