UHC is an absolute joke. They aren’t in the business of helping or caring for people. They are out for profit. You can never get anyone on the phone and then when you do they all tell you something different. They refuse to pay for services that they told you are covered and they deny any kind of care they don’t think is necessary. Since when is it OK for UHC to make medical decisions on my behalf without a medical degree? Thats malpractice!!! They are the cause of the opioid crisis because all they do is decline any procedure that will actually fix anything.
