My child has Medicaid and all of a sudden her dentist is saying Aetna is showing and the Medicaid is being denied. She hasn’t had Aetna in 10 years. They see it’s cancelled. I’ve called Medicaid and they say they don’t see anything and have no idea what the dentist is talking about. My kid has no issues with her PCP, asthma doctor, pharmacy, nor any other doctor she’s been to. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the Aetna? Or are they lying so we’ll go somewhere else?
