New Jersey Health Insurance Marketplace income question

I held a full-time W2 job until late 2021 and have some savings. I have COBRA insurance until April 1. I am now freelance and expect my income to be ~$500/month at first but expect it to grow. I’m now living off the new income and my savings. I’m applying for health insurance through New Jersey. If I put down an income of less than $18,000, the system defaults to Medicaid. I would prefer to get regular (e.g. Blue Cross) insurance. As my income will likely grow above $18,000, any suggestions as to how I handle this? TIA!
