I have Aetna and they cover annual exams 100%. I specifically asked for tests covered by regular annual exams. After the visit, I was billed this by quest. Please help me navigate this, I always feel like I’m being screwed by doctors’ offices and insurance companies.
Edit 1: medical provider said it was ok to complete physical and woman wellness exam on the same day, so that’s what we ended up doing.
